+ I can’t connect the dongle to the app. What do I do?

Turn on Bluetooth. Turn off Wifi (remember to turn on again after connection) Make sure your dongle is charged. Make sure your device is not being charged. Try to charge your device for 10 sec, stop charging, and retry. Phone app permissions: FIND location is required in some versions. Phone battery optimization settings for your App. Settings -> Battery -> Battery optimization. Find your App in the list. Turn off optimizations (This is best for staying connected when the app goes into the background or the screen goes off).


+ Why do I need to answer all the personalized questions?

MLI is based on scientific data and this includes knowledge on different risks. To make the MLI as personalized, individual and precise as possible, these questions are crucial.


+ My signal is bad and status is showing red. What do I do?

  • Apply new gel
  • Make sure to remove all sunscreen or other lotion in the area
  • Restart app

+ How long is the battery life?

Approximately 10-12 hours of use.
